Nicole Middendorf, CDFA

Nicole was born and raised in Minnetonka, MN, and currently lives in Wayzata, MN. with her two children,
Parker Jefferson and Gabrielle Rose. One thing Nicole lives by is that your quality of life is important and
there is no point in making money if you can’t enjoy the simple pleasures along the way. That is why she
started the “Live It List” and Prosperwell Financial is a concierge to help our clients achieve the items on
their list. Recently Nicole has checked off items on my list such as skydiving, swimming with sharks,
repelling down the Ecolab building, and driving a racecar.

Growing up she never thought that she would become a Wealth Advisor. She graduated from St. Cloud
State University in St. Cloud, MN, with an International Business degree. After college she was a food broker
and Mary Kay Consultant and was told she should try out the finance industry. Once she began her career at
Morgan Stanley in Wayzata, she hasn’t looked back. She moved full steam ahead and started
her own practice in 2003.
