Jessica Altmann

Jessica Kramlinger Altmann practices family law exclusively, focusing on  divorce, custody, parenting time, spousal maintenance, child support, post-decree matters, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Jessica is attentive to each client’s needs and goals. She is supportive of mediation or settlement as an option and is an effective advocate in the courtroom when litigation is necessary. 

Ms. Altmann is an experienced family law attorney dedicated to advocating for her clients. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota state court and the  U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Ms. Altmann developed a keen sense for the courtroom, and for family law from a judge's perspective, as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gary W. Bastian in Ramsey County for two years following law school. Ms. Altmann developed her own practice style as an associate attorney at Wagner, Falconer & Judd, Ltd. and subsequently at Green Law Office, P.A. Ms. Altmann is active in the legal community as a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Cooperative Practice Network, Family Law League, and is a co-leader of a Hennepin County Bar Association peer mentorship group.
