2. Communicate during the process so they know where their file is at and what is needed of them
3. See the potential obstacles/issues with a file and address those issues early on so there aren't surprises or delays at the end
4. Push things through processing and underwriting as if it were my own loan
5. Take calls and provide pre-approval letters on evenings and weekends
I am a licensed, educated and experienced mortgage professional with extensive background in Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Rural Development and Investment property mortgage loans…both purchases as well as refinances.
I also specialize in mortgages surrounding divorce (little known ways to remove a name from an old loan, when you can buy again, when child support/spousal maintenance income can be used and when it can not, etc.) There are many underwriting differences with these transactions that most Loan Officers are not aware of. If you know someone going through a divorce it is critical that they speak to someone who specializes in divorce transactions before the divorce decree is finalized!
